Ability to get creatively time in their schedule is one of the things they can learn (if they need that at all). Mostly they have GTD stuff intuitively incorparated in their life.
Weekly Review is the key. GTD doesn’t restrain you. It fits how you are working.
Keep it out your head, get the bandwidth to get on a diffferent level, offside, get creative time and built it in your system to get perspective.
